GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by MUKTA.  Use of the website to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS:
    All orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the website may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
  2. PRICES:
    All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Prices may change without notice from time to time. The total amount due is exclusive of sales tax. The applicable sales tax amount is added and indicated on the payment page of the cart.
  3. SHIPPING COST:
    You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on our website as specified on your order confirmation.
  4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
    Our delivery can take up-to 5 working days. Once delivery is deemed complete, the title to the products passes to you and therefore you bear all risks of loss and damage to the products.
  5. RETURN POLICY:
    Please refer to our Return Policy which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In certain circumstances detailed in our Return Policy, you shall be entitled to exchange for a product(s) of equivalent value, or gain store credit.
  6. BINDING AGREEMENT:
    Upon order confirmation, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our other Site Policies shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. REFUND POLICY: We have tried to ensure your complete satisfaction during your shopping experience in this website. However, if, for any reason, you are not content with your order, you may be eligible for a refund, if you cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase, and before the products have been delivered to you in any way. If the product is delivered to you in any way, or you have initiated the cancellation after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. All online refund requests will be processed through the respective payment gateway within 10-15 days.
  2. RETURN POLICY: When the product is delivered to you, please check the products immediately and thoroughly for any issue or defect. In case of any defect or issue with any product(s) that has been delivered to you, please return the product(s) to the delivery person, and we will exchange/replace the product(s), and in case of unavailability of stock, you shall be entitled to exchange it for a product(s) of equivalent value, or gain store credit. IF YOU FAIL TO CLAIM the ISSUE DURING PRESENCE OF DELIVERY PERSON, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS. It is strongly advised that you visit one of MUKTA’s stores or authorised retailers prior to making a purchase online or by phone.

    Compliance Checks For Returned Product:
    Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or.
    • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
    • the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s) or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product; and/or
    • you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

    Eligibility For Return:
    The product(s) issue needs to be needs recognised and returned immediately after delivery to the delivery person. You are only eligible to return the product under the following circumstance:
    • the product(s) has visible defect
    • the product(s) has visible marks
    • the product(s) is the wrong size
    • the product(s) is wrong (not the one that you have ordered)
